- Sustainability and Development
As the human population explodes, global resources dwindle. Providing access to clean water, clean air, housing, and transportation will shape public policy, redefine industry, and engage a generation.
In response to the world’s disappearing or inadequate built and natural resources, SMU introduces a new MA in Sustainability and Development. It’s an opportunity to collaborate and interact with multi-industry professionals as well as advocates with The Hunt Institute for Engineering and Humanity. The 30-hour program will prepare students to bring lasting and sustainable solutions to heal a hurting world and design change.
